ya i agree with it that critics are our best friends as if they will not tell us our drawbacks we will never be able to find our mistakes and improve them. without their criticism, one just lives in his or her life where he or she is the best. he/she cant be aware of the fact even he is wrong in some cases......
but together with it, i also feel that criticism can take the shape of worst if not taken positive......

That’s a difficult concept for some people, because they often think that they’re right no matter what. But no one is always right. You, in fact, may be wrong, and the critic may be right. So see if there’s something you can change to make yourself better.
And then make that change. Actually strive to do better.
